Refund policy
Shipping
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@viblok.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We ship VIBLOK® both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Miami, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping takes longer, we use different couriers depending on how convenient it is for you in terms of delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests up to 15 days after delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Once your refund request is initiated, you have 15 calendar days to send the product(s). Once 15 days have passed from the refund request start date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Keep all records of your shipments. VIBLOK® is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or misdelivered shipments.
A return made to our warehouse, or one made without starting a refund by emailing info@viblok.com won't be accepted and a refund won't be issued.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@viblok.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
